Symposium fees

Registrations fees may be paid either by Credit Card, check, banking transfer or purchase order ("Bon de commande") 

Safeprocess fees

Each Safeprocess paper must be covered by one regular registration. One regular registration may cover up to 3 papers co-authored by the registered participant. A registration fee includes conference attendance (2-4 september), welcome and closing receptions, preprints, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet.

Early regular registration fee: 550€

Early student registration fee: 350€

Late regular registration fee (after May 10, 2015): 700€

Late student registration fee: 550€

Extra banquet ticket : 80€

Pre-symposium tutorial on Tuesday, September 1.

The tutorial registration fee includes one full day tutorial attendance, an electronic copy of the presentations, coffee breaks and a friendly lunch.

Registration fee: 70€

"Industrial day" on Thursday, September 3.

The industrial day registration fee includes the full day symposium attendance, coffee breaks and lunch, one poster presentation (printed by ourselves) between 11:30AM to 2PM.

"Industrial day" registration fee: 120€

Joint Safeprocess-DX fees

A joint Safeprocess-DX registration fee includes the two conference attendances (from 31 August to 4 September), Safeprocess welcome and closing receptions, preprints, coffee breaks, lunches, Safeprocess banquet (Thursday, Sept. 3, evening) and DX social event (Tuesday, Sept. 1, afternoon and diner). A regular registration is mandatory to submit Safeprocess papers.

Early regular joint registration fee (befor May 24): 750€

Early student joint registration fee (before May 24): 600€

Late regular joint registration fee (after May 24, 2015): 900€

Late student joint registration fee (after May 24, 2015): 750€

Online Registration

The Safeprocess2015 website is hosted using the sciencesconf.org framework. Therefore, authors and attendees must have a sciencesconf account to register to the conference.

Cancellation Conditions and Refunds

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after a deduction of 40% if participation is cancelled prior to 15 June 2015. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate.
