 Invited session proposals

Invited session proposals should be submitted through the conference submission website by October 10, 2014 November 30, 2014

An invited session proposal contains 6 invited papers.

The proposal should include the title of the session, name, affiliation and address of the organizer, a brief summary of the session topic, and a list of the invited papers with authors and titles. Session proposals should tell the reviewers why the topic is relevant to the Safeprocess community (i.e., the topic should be clearly motivated).

Upon receipt of the proposal, a session identification number will be assigned. Authors of the invited sessions must submit their full draft papers by the November 1, November 30, 2014 deadline, specifying the invited session to which they belong.

In SAFEPROCESS 2015 edition, a special focus will be made on industrial applications and industry-academia collaborations. Invited sessions on such industrial applications are thus encouraged.

Papers in a proposed invited session will be individually reviewed, and that the proposed invited session itself will also be rated as a whole. To ensure the continuity of the program and that papers addressing similar issues are grouped together, at the discretion of the Program Committee, individual papers may be removed from a proposed session and replaced by appropriate contributed papers. Likewise, selected papers from rejected invited sessions may be placed into the regular program.
